STORE PICKUP – SINGAPORE
Orders can be picked up at our Orchard studio via a prior appointment with us. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup. Please leave your contact details and we will drop you a message to arrange pick-up timing.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Local Delivery is Free! During checkout, enter your address and choose the shipping option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses within Singapore. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email or a message from us with real-time tracking information or a physical delivery notice.
FLAT RATE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3 working days using Singapore Post (or within 7 days if you require additional NGI Gemstone Certification for any of our pieces).
A flat rate shipping fee of S$18 applies to orders shipping to most parts of Asia, United Kingdom, Europe and Australia. We provide express delivery via DHL at a flat rate of S$70 to the countries where DHL ships to. Shipping options and charges for your order will be displayed and calculated upon checkout.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) imposed by the destination country.
