Refund policy

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Type A Natural Jadeite Guaranteed -- We provide full refund if it is not Type A Jadeite. 

All Sales are Final. Goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We are open for physical viewings and try-ons to ensure that our pieces fit you perfectly and that you are 100% satisfied with the purchase. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges after payment is made.

Deposits: All deposits paid are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to other items or third parties.

Condition of Goods: Due to the natural nature of jadeite jade, variations and internal characteristics are inherent to the material. All items are sold as inspected and accepted by the client at the point of sale.

Post-Sale Liability: YW Fine Jade Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any damage, natural wear and tear, or alteration in the condition of the item occurring after the transfer of possession. 

For International delivery orders:

All import duties, taxes, tariffs, and insurance costs associated with the purchased goods shall be borne by the buyer.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at ywfinejade@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
