Yes! We provide a local authentication report by the Nan Yang Gemological Institute (NGI) for each product above S$800 for free. This report is available at an additional cost of S$70 if the product value is below S$800. We stand behind the authenticity of our jadeite, and the NGI report provides you with added confidence in your purchase.

Absolutely! We offer a money-back guarantee if the product you received is not confirmed to be Type A Natural Jadeite. We are committed to ensuring you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

Yes! We offer physical viewings and try-on at two locations within Singapore: Taman Jurong (available from Monday to Sunday, from 10am to 6pm) and Paya Lebar (during office hours). Since we don’t operate a traditional shopfront, we are able to keep our prices affordable while providing a personalized experience for you to view our Jadeite pieces in person.

We choose not to maintain a retail shopfront in order to keep our pricing more affordable and within reach of all customers who wish to experience and purchase Jadeite jewellery. This helps us offer you genuine, high-quality Jadeite at a more accessible price point.
